Description

The two craters, viewed near the terminator, were imaged through trees from the Crawford Observatory (1880) as part of ongoing programme with UCC to manage the 140 year old Grubb Telescope. I took 3 sets of videos at bin 1, 2 and 4. This was the best at bin 2. This 8" refractor and clockwork tracking mount was built in 1878 for the Paris exhibition and then placed in the UCC Crawford observatory which opened in 1880.
